Career Connections, an 8 week program from iSisters Technology Mentoring and their community partners, mentors women in need with basic technology skills to enhance their career opportunities. As the pandemic has demonstrated how essential going digital has become, unfortunately women – including newcomers, young moms, BIPOC, and those fleeing violence – are disproportionately impacted. Now more than ever, this demographic is in need of these vital skills in order to improve their successes, and quality of life. The program enables these women to increase their computer skills, helps with resume building and employment searching, interview preparation, and connections with employment opportunities.
