KEEP IN TOUCH

By Chelsea Eastman Lethbridge, Alberta
Good Health and Well-being

The Keep In Touch program offers a weekly telephone support service for seniors who may be experiencing lonliness. Isolation during the pandemic has also caused some seniors to experience significant mental and physical decline. Through a volunteer system, this program offers connection as well as resources for seniors to be able to navigate through the pandemic, emotionally and mentally. It is supported by Volunteer Lethbridge, which is a support network for both volunteers and non-profits organizations to help build capavity and thrive.
