Kids Code Jeunesse (KCJ) is a bilingual Canadian charity based in Montreal that teaches kids and their educators about AI, coding, digital citizenship, ethics and the SDGs. This year, they launched the #kids2030 Challenge: an online learning experience that teaches young people about digital skills through the SDGs. Each year, the challenge will focus on a different SDG, and explore how digital skills and technology can help solve the world’s most pressing issues. For 2020, the focus is on preventing plastic pollution (SDG12) by using data science to innovate on solutions.
