Matthew House Ottawa is a refugee shelter and furniture bank. While the “normal” flow of refugees has been significantly disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic, there are still refugees in cities that need shelter and accompaniment during this time. Matthew House Ottawa wants to continue to accompany refugees and migrants who are in hotels or still on the streets and need help meeting practical needs every day.
