Sitti is a social enterprise and a conscious lifestyle brand committed to the self-reliance of refugee and displaced communities through long-term employment opportunities and skill development training, empowered by an inclusive global economy. Sitti was co-founded by Noora Sharrab and Jacqueline Sofia with the mission to support refugees through education, employment and empowerment. During the pandemic, Sitti focused on retaining jobs for their employees, delivered 500 bars of soaps to communities in need, conducted campaigns to education families and children the importance of hand-washing, and helped support those who lost their jobs with food and sanitization packages. To date, Sitti has helped support over 1000 families in Ontario.
